ABOUT ME

Growing up in rural Germany I had big dreams and an unavoidable desire to see the world. I took the first opportunity to head out into the world. At first Dublin, then Milan, and eventually landed in London always chasing new opportunities and pushing myself to the limit.

 

But in 2020, life threw me a curveball. Between raising three kids and managing the daily grind, I realized I’d completely neglected my business. I was stuck in a loop of self-doubt, worrying I wasn’t good enough to put myself out there. The pressure to find clients and perform was weighing on me, and I avoided facing the very thing that would propel me forward: my own fears.

 

I convinced myself that no one would be interested in what I had to offer unless I was perfect. A long held belief that kept me stuck and hiding behind the comfort of everyday life.

 

Here’s the thing: perfectionism and fear are killer when it comes to progress, we know this right? I decided I wasn’t going to let those two run the show anymore. I took a deep breath, did the inner work, and reprogrammed my subconscious. I replaced self-criticism with love, which gave me the courage to show up. Imperfectly and boldly.

 

And guess what? It worked!
