ABOUT ME

I grew up in a village in Germany with big dreams and an unavoidable desire to see the world. I headed out to Dublin, then Milan, and eventually landed in London always chasing new opportunities and pushing myself to the limit.

 

But in 2020, life threw me a curveball. Between raising three kids and managing the daily grind, I realized I’d completely neglected my business. I was stuck in a loop of self-doubt, worrying I wasn’t good enough to put myself out there. The pressure to find clients and perform was weighing on me, and I avoided facing the very thing that would propel me forward: my own fears.

 

I convinced myself that no one would be interested in what I had to offer unless I was perfect. A long held belief that kept me stuck and hiding behind the comfort of everyday life.

 

Here’s the thing: perfectionism and fear are killer when it comes to progress, we know this right? I decided I wasn’t going to let those two run the show anymore. I took a deep breath, did the inner work, and reprogrammed my subconscious. I replaced self-criticism with love, which gave me the courage to show up imperfectly and boldly.

 

And guess what? It worked!
