Confidence didn't come naturally to me either. I had to learn to show imperfection and flaws without feeling totally stranded. I get it, it can be hard. But you can do the same! 

When you show vulnerability your people will be drawn to you and they’ll trust you because your perspective resonates with them. They’ll follow you because they’re walking the same path as you. 

Authenticity is magnetic. Everyone wants a slice. Here’s a few pointers you can implement right now to be more authentic.

DO THIS

  • Get clear on who you are and what you stand for and stick to your values
  • Align your goals with your passions 
  • Be honest with yourself and others about your strengths and weaknesses 
  • Stand by your feelings and opinions, even if they're uncomfortable or different from others
  • Set clear boundaries for yourself and in your relationships
  • Remove the mask: You are perfect as you are
  • Stand by yourself, express your feelings and opinions in open and honest communication
  • Share your personality on social media (not your personal life)
  • Embrace the messy parts 

 

DON’T

  • Don't repeat the same thing and hope for a different result 
  • Don't follow the herd out of habit / without thinking
